This will enable Dike Intelligence to continuously refine its processing techniques, assembly technologies, and core component technologies. In its development journey, Dike Intelligent has consistently focused on the crucial goal of replacing imported high-end machine tools with domestically produced alternatives, and has been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of precision CNC machine tools. To this end, the company has actively introduced automated intelligent production lines, high-end equipment assembly lines, R&D and testing equipment, and other auxiliary facilities, continuously enhancing its R&D and production capabilities. The company has achieved remarkable results in technological innovation: in 2024 alone, it has filed 2 invention patents and 7 utility model patents—and just from the preparation stage through the trial operation phase, it has already filed 3 additional technology patents. These patented technologies cover multiple aspects, including key performance enhancements of the equipment and optimization of production processes, providing strong support for the continuous upgrading of the company’s products and the enhancement of its market competitiveness.

Market Expansion

Thanks to their outstanding quality, the company’s machine tool products are widely used in numerous high-end manufacturing industries, including aerospace and aviation manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, energy equipment manufacturing, and automotive manufacturing. In the domestic market, the company primarily sells its products to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta—regions characterized by robust economies and vibrant manufacturing sectors. The company has swiftly established a strong market presence in these areas and has earned widespread recognition and favor from many enterprises. At the same time, the company is actively planning to expand into overseas markets. Recently, it even organized a team to conduct overseas market research, setting its next target on overseas markets such as Africa and Southeast Asia, and is committed to bringing “Tiko Manufacturing” to the global stage.

Commencement of Production and Launch

In 2022, the company officially began production and quickly shifted its focus to the R&D and manufacturing of drill-and-tap machine tools. These drill-and-tap machine tools are primarily used for machining metal products made from materials such as aluminum, copper, iron, and stainless steel. From the moment they went into production, they demonstrated strong market competitiveness. Just two months after starting production, the company had already secured orders for over 350 units. According to the company’s leader, if operating at full capacity, annual production could reach approximately 3,600 units, with an output value of at least 300 million yuan. This outstanding achievement not only highlights the exceptional performance of the company’s products but also underscores its ability to precisely target key areas of market demand.

In the context of a steadily growing demand in the mechanical equipment market and the industry’s overarching trend toward intelligent and high-precision transformation, a group of entrepreneurs—passionate and ambitious about the field of smart equipment—sharply recognized the vast potential for widespread application of drilling and tapping machines and vertical machining centers across various manufacturing sectors. After careful preparation on multiple fronts, the company officially established Hunan Tike Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2021 in the Tantang Industrial Park, Jiahe High-tech Zone, Chenzhou, Hunan Province. The company’s total investment reached 300 million yuan, occupying an area of approximately 40 mu and equipped with a standardized factory building spanning over 16,000 square meters, thus laying a solid foundation for its future development from the very outset.
