3. Multi-functional expansion Supports four-axis/five-axis simultaneous interpolation upgrades, enabling the machining of complex spatial curved parts. The tool magazine adopts a cam-type structure for rapid tool changes (tool-change time ≤ 4 seconds). An optional large-capacity tool magazine with up to 30 tools is available, meeting the requirements of multi-process continuous machining, reducing the number of workpiece setups, and minimizing positioning errors.

4. Smart and efficient Equipped with Mitsubishi M80/Fanuc 0i-MF CNC system, it supports automatic CAD/CAM programming and 3D graphic display, offering intuitive and user-friendly operation. It features spindle load monitoring, tool wear alerts, and an automatic lubrication system, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. Optional accessories include oil coolers, chip conveyors, and high-pressure cooling systems, making it suitable for a variety of machining applications.

5. Human-centered design The workbench can support a load capacity of up to 500/800 kg and is designed to accommodate large parts for clamping. The operator panel is rotatable and adjustable, making it easy for operators to observe and operate the machine. The equipment features a rational layout that facilitates maintenance and servicing, thereby reducing subsequent operating costs.
